Very central location, small but comfortable room, many storage places, well-placed headlamp, handy coffee machine, extensive information about Zurich.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Tucked away in a quiet alley, this hotel was a challenge to find, but once we did, it was well worth it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, even offering ear plugs to combat the noise from nearby bars. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tram station and all the main attractions.

The lack of air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights during the exceptionally hot summer.

During my stay at this inner city hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. Almost the entire central area of the city was within easy walking distance, saving me money on tram fare. The room was nice and warm, and I even had to open the window to cool down in November. I was also provided with tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The best part was having a quiet room facing the back of the hotel, ensuring a peaceful stay. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and cozy atmosphere.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, providing a good night's sleep. the hotel's location in the heart of the old town made it easily accessible to various attractions and restaurants. the automated key dispenser was convenient for check-in and the staff were responsive and accommodating, even outside of reception hours.

Some minor noise from nearby clubs and bars but closing the windows helped mask most of it. the shower could use more height for taller guests, but the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms outweighed this inconvenience.
