Very central location, small but comfortable room, many storage places, well-placed headlamp, handy coffee machine, extensive information about Zurich.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Tucked away in a quiet alley, this hotel was a challenge to find, but once we did, it was well worth it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff provided excellent service, even offering ear plugs to combat the noise from nearby bars. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tram station and all the main attractions.

The lack of air conditioning made for some uncomfortable nights during the exceptionally hot summer.

The hotel is located in a very small street in the center of Old Town, which adds to its charm and uniqueness. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are modern and clean, with a small kitchen included, providing the convenience of preparing your own meals.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Almost the entire central area of the city was within easy walking distance, saving me money on tram fare. The room was nice and warm, and I even had to open the window to cool down in November. I was also provided with tea and coffee, a thoughtful touch. The best part was having a quiet room facing the back of the hotel, ensuring a peaceful stay.
